Masomo Mepesi is subscribed per enrolled pupil per year, paid by the school. Pupil cards are included. Hardware, connectivity and services are offered by Genius ICT as a pack or separately.

Per enrolled pupil per year. Use is free until the count date; on that date, Masomo counts the active enrolled and re-enrolled pupils and issues one invoice per school, then a top-up after the 2nd period for pupils who arrived since.
Masomo reminds the due date, allows a grace period, then switches the school to read-only. Data is never blocked or deleted, and roll call, card scanning and child pick-up remain allowed.
The school's bundle includes a quota of message credits for the school year; beyond it, the school buys top-ups from Genius ICT, and an alert comes before credits run out. WhatsApp links sent from the school's phone remain free and always possible.
Yes, to save (Masomo is installed on an online server dedicated to your school or group, at an address such as your-school.mepesi.com). The installable apps keep pages readable without network, and grades entered offline are sent when the network comes back. Genius ICT offers a connectivity pack.
Yes: Excel or CSV pupil lists can be imported, checked line by line. The import is part of Genius ICT's services.
