Francs and dollars, cash and mobile money
Each fee has its currency, the school's rate converts. Cash, bank, M-Pesa, Airtel Money: each account tracked in both currencies, with transfers, loans and advances.
Nothing is erased
A receipt cannot be edited: it is cancelled with a reason. Every sensitive action is written to the audit log, sealed against tampering.
Slow network, power cuts
Installable apps: pages remain readable without network, grades entered offline are sent when the network comes back.
The pupil card at the centre
PVC card in the school's colours, QR read by the phone: attendance at the gate, child pick-up, payment status.
