Pupils and enrolment
The pupil file holds everything the school knows: identity and photo, parents, scanned documents, schooling year by year, grades, report cards and fees. It is created once, then follows the pupil to the end of his or her schooling.

What the module does
- Three distinct actions: register a candidate (file without a class), enrol a new pupil, re-enrol a former pupil.
- Import of your Excel or CSV lists: columns recognised, errors shown line by line before enrolling.
- Registration and file numbers assigned automatically; search by name, number or parent's phone.
- Transfer, drop-out and return recorded properly: the pupil leaves the lists, the history stays.
- End-of-year promotion based on the deliberation decisions, with no new registration number.
- Re-enrolments confirmed by a first payment, when the section requires it.
- Family accounts created for a whole class, with the WhatsApp message carrying the credentials ready to send.
