Fees and multi-currency cash desk

What the module does

• Each fee has its currency (USD or CDF); a payment in the other currency is converted at the school's rate, kept on the receipt.
• School accounts: cash desk, banks, M-Pesa, Airtel Money… each tracked in francs and dollars, with its balance; a reference is required for bank and mobile money.
• Treasury: balance of each account and of the safe, a log of every movement, transfers between accounts, other income (donations, rentals) and school loans with their repayment schedule.
• Receipt as an 80 mm ticket, an A5 sheet, a PDF or a WhatsApp message (or sent automatically by WhatsApp or SMS), with the amount in words and the balance due.
• Daily cash closing: expected cash, count, difference, bank deposit; a closed cash desk is locked.
• Arrears in green, orange, red, polite WhatsApp reminders in the parent's language, Excel export.
• Discounts (siblings, staff children, scholarships) with a reason; exchange rate with history and a safeguard against typing errors.
• Accountant role: receipt checks, cancellation with a reason (the bursar requests it, the accountant or the administration decides), printable financial log; fee and rate changes are proposed and approved by the administration.
• Financial dashboard for the owner, readable from his phone.
