Treasury: accounts, transfers and loans
Every amount that comes in or goes out passes through one of the school's accounts: the cash desk and its safe, banks, mobile money. The treasury brings it all together and gives each account's balance, in both currencies, at any time.

What the module does
- Accounts and balances: cash desk and safe, banks, M-Pesa, Airtel Money…, each in dollars and francs, with what is still owed on loans.
- Journal of all movements, with the balance after each one: receipts, in-kind buy-backs, other income, expenses, payroll, advances, transfers and loans.
- Transfers from one account to another, for example from the bank to the cash desk.
- Other income, outside school fees: donations, rentals, sales.
- School loans: the loan comes into an account, with its repayment schedule; each repayment (principal and interest) brings the outstanding balance down to zero.
- Salary advances granted by the accountant, deducted month after month from payroll or repaid in cash or by transfer.
- A mistake is cancelled, never erased; balances and the journal can be exported for the owner.
