In-kind contributions
Schools ask families for items in kind. Masomo keeps track pupil by pupil: what is requested, what is brought, what is paid in cash instead, and what is still missing.

What the module does
- Catalogue of items with their buy-out value; lists per level and per year.
- Reception desk at the secretariat, with a receipt; items enter the stock automatically.
- Cash buy-out collected at the cash desk, never applied to school fees.
- Stock outflows (class, cleaning, office), inventory and reports.
- WhatsApp reminders to parents; the “Contributions” section of the family space shows what is left to bring.
