Subscription
The Masomo subscription is billed according to the number of pupils. Use is free until the count date set by Genius ICT; on that date, Masomo counts the active enrolled and re-enrolled pupils of each school and issues its invoice.

What the module does
- One price per pupil per year, the same for all schools of the installation.
- One invoice per school on the count date, then a top-up after the 2nd period for pupils who arrived since.
- The school sees and prints its invoices, payments received and balance due.
- Reminders before the due date, a grace period, then read-only mode.
- In read-only mode, everything can still be viewed and printed; roll call, card scanning and child pick-up remain allowed.
