Backups and security
Each school has its own installation. Its data is backed up every night, every sensitive action leaves a verifiable trace, and each account only sees what its roles allow.

What the module does
- Full automatic backup every night and on demand: database, pupil documents, photos and logos, control sheet.
- Download of a copy to keep off the server; restoration by Genius ICT.
- Audit log: who, when, from which device, what, with which reason, before and after; chained fingerprint revealing any tampering.
- Combinable roles (the secretary can also run the cash desk) and scope per school or section.
- Temporary password to change at first sign-in; limited sign-in attempts.
- Closed years are permanently read-only; exceptional reopening by Genius ICT, logged.
- Updates installed from a maintenance page, with a prior backup.
